Boys' Golf

       This year\'s BIC Boys golf team consisted of Blake Wheeler, 11th grader, Nathan Whitlow, 10th grader, Drey Crabtree, 10th grader, Blake Carr, 9th grader, Dillon Hargrove, 9th grader, and Forrest Robertson, also a 9th grader.  They started off the season by going to The Links in Jonesboro.  They finished the match in 2nd place behind Ridgefield Christian.  When school started back, they played several matches ranging from playing at Big Lake Country Club of Manila to playing at Three Rivers Country Club of Marked Tree.  This year\'s District Tournament was held at Thunder Bayou on the airbase in Blytheville.  BIC finished 4th out of 8 teams.  Blake Wheeler and Nathan Whitlow qualified to go to Regional Tournament, which was two weeks after District.  This year Regionals was held at Coopers Hawk in Melbourne.  Nathan Whitlow qualified to go to State Tournament as the 4th individual.  The boys\' golf team had an excellent year.  They improved greatly over the course of the year.
